Every quarter, GCF reviews grant proposals from area nonprofit organizations for a variety of purposes, including new programs and capital projects. GCF staff and volunteers also interview most nonprofit applicants and conduct many site visits to understand the organization and the its service to the community before the Governing Board approves any responsive grants.

Donor Connections was designed to include donor advisors in this grantmaking process. For several years, GCF published a newsletter with descriptions of the grant projects so that donors who have funds at GCF could add their own contributions.

To make it easier "click through" and make grants from GCF donor advised funds to these projects, we have moved the Donor Connections information to Advisor Xpress, our online grantmaking service. When you log into Advisor Xpress, you will be able to review these grant opportunities and decide whether you would like to help too!
